We had sporadic timeouts on our API servers which affected our recording servers that was caused by a scaling patch we deployed. This caused issues throughout the morning including causing a handful of Crowdcast events from not recording or multi-streaming properly. As soon as our team was alerted about the issue we reverted the patch and our systems returned to normal operation. We've since contacted the affected customers.
